Bihar Vidhan Parishad provides age relaxation for the PA, DEO, LDC & Steno position as per their regulations.

Personal Assistant (PA): Candidate must have a graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 100 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable.
Data Entry Operator (DEO): Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour. A computer certificate like ADCA or one from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable.
Stenographer: Candidate must have Graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable.
