  • Fiji Port Project: The four Quad foreign ministers agreed on three concrete outcomes: a new maritime surveillance initiative, a critical minerals framework, and the grouping's first-ever joint infrastructure project — a port in Fiji.
  • Undersea Cables: Quad partners reaffirmed that trusted undersea cable systems are the backbone of the global digital economy and emphasized protecting undersea cable networks from risks, including threats and sabotage. All Pacific Island Forum countries are connected via undersea cables by 2026 to secure their digital futures.
