1. Educational Qualification (As on Closing Date)

  • For SI in Delhi Police & CAPFs (GD): Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent institute.
  • Special Mandatory Requirement for Delhi Police SI (Male): Male candidates opting for Delhi Police Sub-Inspector must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License for both motorcycle and car on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests (PET/PST). Candidates without an LMV license remain eligible for CAPF posts only.
  • For SI (Fire) in CISF: Bachelor's degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics OR a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Automobiles/Chemical/Mining/Aeronautical/Telecommunication Engineering.

2. Age Limit (As on 01 August 2026)

  • General Posts [SI Delhi Police & CAPF GD]: Minimum 20 Years to Maximum 25 Years. Candidates must be born between 02 August 2001 and 01 August 2006.
